On Tuesday, October 31 Chaney Middle School scholars and staff will be permitted to dress up under the following guidelines:
- Faces cannot be covered at all, so no masks, paint, or anything else that could cover the face.
- Not hats or hoods are permitted.
- No fake weapons are permitted.
- The costume cannot be too revealing.
