Examples of qualifying events for special enrollment are: birth of a child;
adoption; marriage; divorce; loss of spouse's health insurance coverage.
Changes to benefits outside of qualifying events can be done during the open enrollment period every November. Medical Mutual uses PlanSource as a self-service portal for changes to benefits during this time. Please see the video to assist with the enrollment process:
