Business Office & Maintenance Operations

The Business Office is located at 1500 Teamster Drive and is home to the district’s Business Manager and support staff.

Also based at this location is the Maintenance and Operations Office, which oversees the care, upkeep, and daily operation of all district facilities. This team includes:

  • Skilled Trades staff (Carpenters, Electricians, HVAC Technicians, Painters, and Plumbers)

  • Custodians assigned to every school building

  • Grounds crew

  • District delivery drivers

Together, these teams help ensure our schools and facilities remain safe, clean, and ready for learning.

How to Submit a Maintenance Request

If you have a maintenance or facility concern, please contact your building’s Head Custodian first. They will help ensure the request is properly submitted and prioritized.

Department heads may submit requests directly through the district’s Work Order System using the link below.

All building permits, event requests, and facility reservations must be submitted through the district’s Facilities Scheduler.
