Chaney Middle School

On Friday, March 6th from 5pm - 7pm, we will be hosting a sweethearts dance that is solely attendance based! The month of attendance we will be looking at will be the entire month of February. Here is the information, we are also looking for volunteers for chaperones. Below is the flyer and information.
Dance Details:
• Attendance-based event
• Students cannot have more than 2 UNEXCUSED absences
• Excused absences DO NOT prevent eligibility
• Attendance will be verified prior to the dance
Transportation:
• This form confirms that parents/guardians will provide transportation to and from the dance
• Students must be picked up on time
Dress Code:
• Students may wear formal or semi-formal attire
• All school dress code policies still apply
